I am back from visiting family in Pittsburgh. The pace there (friendly pace) kept me away from dealing with works and correspondence. I’m now working backward to catch up. I hope that you are well. And, if not, that you get better soon.
Snow Flying
Geese fly overhead,
broken V with two way off.
I think they’re courting.
I prefer Christopher in conversation. In writing, I use C L Couch because it’s a genderless form of my name and, frankly, easier—I have severe writer’s cramp. Thank you, it’s good to be home. The compliment “endearing” is a gift. The first haiku I posted came from seeing a lighting fixture in an antique shop. The second haiku was inspired by driving back and, at the end of the trip, getting out of the car and looking up. There I saw the geese.
