Pilings

 

I live by piling things

Maybe you do, too

If not, you’ve saved yourself

From a lot of dust

It’s the books

 

I’m gleaning, though the

Stacks remaining still look

Awfully tall

And the size of some

What made me think I should

Have texts as sizable as

Tables?

 

And here’s the thing:

I need shelves
